2012 RESOLUTION CONTEST

If you purchased a copy of Wealth Virtues in 2012, you can enter to win $100 if your entry is one of the first 50, and a Kindle Fire if your entry is one of the first 100.

Rules

You must be at least 18 years of age to win.

U.S. Residents only may participate.

You can purchase Wealth Virtues either in the hardcopy version or the Kindle version from Amazon.com.

Fill out the form below in full to include your order number from Amazon. To find the order number, find your email from auto-confirm@amazon.com. It will be listed under the Order Summary.

Look in your book to find the answers to the questions below. Don't worry, the answers are incredibly easy to find if you have the book.

Once the first valid 50 entries are received, a number will be assigned to each, and the number will be selected using the random number generator at Random.org. Twenty-five numbers will be generated, the winner being the 25th number.

Once we have received 100 valid entries, another drawing will be held to select the winner of a Kindle Fire. The only person not eligible from the first 100 entries will be the winner from the first drawing.

A valid entry is one where all information is provided, and questions answered correctly. The email time/date stamp will be used to determine the order in which entries are received.

The winner(s) will be notified by email, and asked to confirm their desired prize choice and if necessary, their mailing address.

Any information you supply will not be used in any other manner except for this contest. You will not be put on any mailing list. If you want to join the Wealth Virtues mailing list, you will have to sign up using the "Join Our Mailing List" form on the upper right in the yellow box. In fact, once the contest is over, all the information sent to us will be deleted.

If you are the $100 winner, we may elect to send a check for security purposes.

Winner must be located in the United States, and therefore, so should the winner's address.

If you don't win, you will still be able to create wealth using Wealth Virtues as your guide!
